Wake-up Practice

This wake up practice from EMYoga (Energy Medicine Yoga) is short morning practice to get all the energy systems of your body online and energy flowing through your meridians and your organs, strengthening your immunes systems, balancing your nervous system and bringing you to your center to start your day. You can do this practice any time of the day before you exercise, when you are feeling low energy or any time you are feeling "off" and need to come back into balance. Practice can be done seated or standing.
